Pirate is a Podenca Canario with only one eye. 2 years old, sociable, affectionate, neutered and vaccinated. She is ok with children, dogs and cats. A few days ago we gave a talk about animal protection and welfare at the Official Reef Language School. To this talk we were accompanied by the sweet PIRATE, this beautiful podenquita who charmed everyone present asking for cuddles at every step. As the talk was in German and Pirate isn't very good at it, she took the opportunity to greet everyone and show them how good, caring and noble she is.
She would love a forever family, her only hope is on mainland Europe. She can travel.

Adopta un Podenco de Lanzarote
(We adopted a totally blind podenco over 3 years ago. He is an amazing dog, walks well on the lead, walks up a ramp into the car, causes a stir whenever he is out as people always want to stop and chat about him. So Pirate has an advantage is that she is partially sighted. Let's get her the home she deserves.)
