Six months ago, Luchy's life changed forever. Abandoned in a remote ravine with no escape, Luchy barked for help, never giving up hope. By a stroke of luck, a hiking couple heard her cries. Despite the challenging terrain and their own injuries, they were able to rescue Luchy and brought her to safety.
Then Galgos Felices Fundacion stepped in when others couldn't, and now Luchy is waiting for a loving family to call her own. Sadly after 6 months in the rescue there has been no interest in her.
Luchy is a sweet-natured Podenco, just 18 months old and 50 cm to the shoulder. She’s affectionate, playful, social with other dogs, and even gets along with cats! She loves her walks and is calm on a lead.
Despite her rough start, Luchy is full of love and ready to share her joy with a forever family. She deserves a cozy spot on a sofa and a lifetime of happiness.
