Bev Farmer, the Podenco that changed her life.
'Tilly came into my life in 2003, I will never know who was the kind person that lifted her out the dumpster .. their kind act changed hers mine and many other podencos destiny: If I was to tell her story it would begin something like this:
"Whispers of Freedom: Tilly's Tale”
In a small village nestled in the hills, where the echoes of tradition and the simplicity of life intertwine, lives a spirited podenco.
Chained to a wall in a dark, desolate building, Tillys eyes reflected both fear and hope. Her once sleek frame now a haunting silhouette, her ribs and hips visible beneath her thin coat. Her days were marked by the rhythmic clinking of her chain against the unforgiving walls.
The day arrives, and Tilly's world opens up as the door swings ajar, inviting in a flood of light. Excitement surges through her, for today holds the promise of freedom, of the wind in her face and the open field beckoning her to run.
