A small group of very kind and dedicated rescuers try their best with little or no support from who should support them.

NB I have asked the person who posted on facebook to let us know that the rescuers form an association so that money can be donated to it for food and neutering particularly, to ensure the dogs don't breed. Then they can be vaccinated, blood tested etc. Will keep you updated.
