its heartbreaking the ones I see the appeals every day there is volunteers doing their best for these poor souls I donate what I can when I can to get them to residency and the ones taken off the streets not always alone the mamas with their pups its never ending the government needs to act now infact they should of acted years ago they know it goes on they must with all the online petitions what are they waiting for
