beryl i cant watch this vidio did this poor dog make it i am disgusted at the police they are the ones that should be setting examples shame on them if i had of been there it wouldnt have happened i would of stoped it just like i have here with dogs that rin out on to the side roads and main roads here i have made traffick come to a halt

This video shows how ingnorant the people of spain can be! How you get it in your stupid head to drag a dog like that. They must be braineless bastards. I hope they will get theire punishment.
